Introduction. Search for new drugs for the treatment of periodontal diseases is an urgent problem Dentistry and Clinical Pharmacology. There is a need for a combined use of drugs with different effects on the pathogenetic links of periodontal diseases in patients with disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, including chronic pancreatitis. The aim of the study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of combined use of oral antiseptic and hepaprotektora for the treatment of periodontal diseases with chronic pancreatitis. Materials and methods. The study involved 102 patients with chronic pancreatitis. Clinical examination of patients was performed according to a standard scheme. When the diagnosis of periodontal diseases classification used the proposed MF Danilevsky (1994). For the treatment of patients using 2 therapeutic systems. All patients on the background diet number 5p (by Pevzner) received medications basic medical complex chronic pancreatitis. All patients were conducted basic treatment of catarrhal gingivitis or generalized periodontitis: a professional dental cleaning, hygiene education, administered local antiseptics and osteotropic prepataty. Drugs received only a basic set of 30 individuals and groups that made up the 30 patients who made up the second group, in addition to basic therapy drugs, prescribed antiseptic septofit and gepatoprotektor Antral. Surveys processed. Results and discussion. Examination of patients with chronic pancreatitis showed periodontal disease in 77 (75. 7%) patients. Efficacy of combined treatment of HHP HKH and evaluated the dynamics of clinical signs after treatment at 14 and 30 days. Analysis of the results showed a positive effect of treatment HKH and HHP in patients with PD in the background of the two groups. However, the effectiveness of combination drug therapy in patients with II group was higher. This was evidenced by the results of performance evaluation index periodontal status and oral hygiene in patients with PD. In Group II patients hygiene code has been received by Fedorov, decreased by 36. 4% from (2,2±0,1) to (1,4±0,02) and points responsible state good oral hygiene (p<0,05 ), and in patients of group by 24. 7% (from (2,31±0,08) to (1,74±0,02) points), and evidence of satisfactory hygiene condition significantly decreased PMA index 50, 5% (of (20,8±2,3%) – before treatment, (10,3±0,1%) – after treatment) (p<0,05) in Group II patients, and in patients of group PMA index decreased by 27. 9% (from (21,86±1,92%) – before treatment, (15,76±0,79%) – after treatment) (p<0,05) and pointed to the light degree of gingivitis. Index CPI Group II patients after treatment decreased by 81,8% (p<0,05), and in patients of group decreased by 65. 1% (from (1,49±0,15) points to (0. 52±0,05) points), and pointed to the risk of CL. Conclusion. These results suggest that the use of antiseptics and gepatoprotektoram namely septofit and Antral in treatment of catarrhal gingivitis and generalized periodontitis in patients with a background of chronic pancreatitis has a positive effect on periodontal tissues. This is reflected in a more rapid suppression of inflammation and acceleration of regenerative processes in periodontal tissues. In these patients, the stabilization phase of the inflammatory and dystrophic- inflammation in periodontal tissue under observation at 6 months was similar for a longer in patients who received standard pharmacotherapy base .
