ВОЗМОЖНОСТЬ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ КЛЕТОЧНЫХ ЛИНИЙ АСТРОЦИТОВ И МИКРОГЛИИ ПРИ ИССЛЕ- ДОВАНИИ ПРЕПАРАТОВ ДЛЯ ТЕРАПИИ ПАТОЛОГИЙ ГОЛОВНОГО МОЗГА

Аннотация:
В патогенезе многих заболеваний головного мозга важную роль играют глиальные клетки. В связи с этим, для исследования препаратов in vitro, разработанных с целью терапии этих патологий, целе- сообразно использовать глиальные клеточные линии. На сегодняшний день получено множество имморта- лизованных линий астроцитов и микроглии животных и человека. Также используют первичные линии глио- цитов животных. Получение первичных линий человека значительно осложняется различными этическими аспектами и законодательными запретами. С целью исследования препаратов для терапии патологий го- ловного мозга наиболее целесообразно использовать первичные клеточные линии глиоцитов, потому что они наилучше воспроизводят глию in vivo.
