СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ МЕТОДЫ МОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ДИАГНОСТИКИ И ПРОГНОЗА СЕРОЗНЫХ ОПУХОЛЕЙ ЯИЧНИКОВ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Научная статья.

В структуре общей онкологической заболеваемости овариальные раки занимают седьмое место, а в структуре женской смертности от злокачественных новообразований им принадлежит пятое место. В Украине ежегодно выявляют от 4 до 5 тысяч онкологических заболеваний яичников. Несмотря на пристальное внимание к проблеме онкологических заболеваний женской репродуктивной системы, борьбу за раннее выявление злокачественных образований, внедряемые новые методики, показатели выживаемости неутешительны. Среди эпителиальных опухолей серозная и муцинозная цистаденома – наиболее часто встречающиеся опухоли и составляют они около 60% всех новообразований яичника и более 90% всех злокачественных овариальных новообразований. Для современной диагностики опухолей яичников, прогноза, дифференциального подхода к лечению пациенток, возможного ответа опухоли на проведенную химиотерапию необходима оптимизация уже существующих панелей онкомаркеров с одновременным поиском новых. Учитывая актуальность темы нами проведен литературный обзор современных методов морфологической диагностики и прогноза злокачественных опухолей яичников.
