МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКИЙ СИНДРОМ И МУЖСКОЕ БЕСПЛОДИЕ: СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ ВЗГЛЯД НА ПРОБЛЕМУ

Аннотация:

Метаболический синдром раньше ассоциировался с повышенным риском развития сердечнососудистых заболеваний. Однако исследования последних десятилетий показывают, что компоненты метаболического синдрома оказывают влияние на другие системы организма, в частности на мужскую репродуктивную систему. В данной статье приводится обзор литературы относительно современного определения метаболического синдрома, рассматриваются патогенетические механизмы развития некоторых его компонентов и влияние на мужскую фертильность. Также проведен анализ исследований корреляции метаболического синдрома, ожирения, хронического системного воспаления с показателями качества эякулята.
