СРАВНИТЕЛЬНАЯ ОЦЕНКА БОЛИ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ ПОСЛЕ УСТАНОВКИ ДЕНТАЛЬНЫХ ИМПЛАНТАТОВ БЕЗ ОТКИДЫВАНИЯ СЛИЗИСТО-НАДКОСТНИЧНЫЙ ЛОСКУТА И ТРАДИЦИОННЫМ МЕТОДОМ

В данной статье представлены результаты исследования болевых ощущений и количества принятых анальгетиков у пациентов после установки дентальных имплантатов двумя хирургическими техниками: с сепарированием слизисто-надкостничного лоскута и безлоскутной методикой с применением хирургического шаблона. Установлено, что показатели визуальной аналоговой шкалы (ВАШ) статистически достоверно преобладали в первой группе по сравнению с безлоскутной в первый день, что можно объяснить большей хирургической травмой из-за сепарирования слизисто-надкостничного лоскута. Ма-лоинвазивность вмешательств способствует более быстрому исчезновению послеоперационных проявлений. Количество анальгетиков преобладало в группе с традиционным протоколом, со статистически достоверной разницей данных на первый, второй и третий дни. А также потребность в обезболивающих препаратах резко уменьшалась с каждым днем в безлоскутой группе.
