    ВЛИЯНИЕ ПСИХОЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНОГО СТРЕССА НА СОСТОЯНИЕ ТКАНЕЙ ПАРОДОНТА (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

    Аннотация:

    Представлен анализ данных литературы по поражениям тканей пародонта. Заболевания па-родонта является одним из наиболее широко распространенных заболеваний человека. В последние годы наблюдается устойчивая тенденция к повышению заболеваемости среди лиц молодого возраста. Разви-тие заболеваний пародонта (генерализованного пародонтита) зависит от многих локальных или системных факторов риска. Важное место отводится пародонтопатогенным микроорганизмам, однако возможными факторами риска является возраст, употребление табака, системные заболевания, психологический стресс и т. д. Показана взаимосвязь между психологическим стрессом и воспалительными заболеваниями, такими как ревматоидный артрит и генерализованный пародонтит. Лица, которые находятся под психологическим стрессом, более склонны к развитию заболеваний пародонта. Стресс приводит к замедлению заживления соединительной и костной ткани, апикальной миграции соединительного эпителия и образованию паро-донтального кармана. Выводы. Проведенными исследованиями показана взаимосвязь между психоэмоциональным стрессом и заболеваниями тканей пародонта, в частности генерализованным пародонтитом. Эту взаимосвязь необ-ходимо учитывать при проведении комплексного лечения заболеваний пародонта.
