    Аннотация:

    В работе представлено практическое обоснование эффективности использования антиокси- данта N-ацетил-L-цистеина в криозащитных растворах для криоконсервирования ядросодержащих клеток кордовой крови. Показано, что внесение данного антиоксиданта в концентрации 10-15 мМ способствует значимому снижению уровня активных форм кислорода в клетках и как следствие к повышению показа- телей сохранности и жизнеспособности ядросодержащих клеток кордовой крови после размораживания.
