The study covers state of clinical, neurological, psychodiagnostic and biochemical indices in 89 patients with hypertensive and atherosclerotic dyscirculatory encephalopathy depending on obesity. Under etiological factor, patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy were divided into three groups: the first group – patients with hypertensive disease (HD – 18 patients, 20.22%), the second group – patients with cerebral atherosclerosis (CA – 9 patients, 10.11%), the third group – patients who had diagnosed hypertension in combination with cerebral atherosclerosis (HD + CA – 62 patients, 69.67%). Separately, 11 relatively healthy patients of the corresponding age and sex were examined (control group). The prevalence of obesity (80%), overeating (80%), dizziness complaints, signs of pyramidal, cortico-nuclear pathway, vestibular disorders was revealed in patients with with dyscirculatory encephalopathy CA background together with the prevalence of body weight, OT/OB index, BMI, low density lipoprotein concentration, and atherogenicity index in the blood, with a minimum concentration of high-density lipoproteins (compared to control groups and dyscirculatory encephalopathy with HD). Patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy on the background of HD revealed to have obesity in 44.4% cases with high incidence of cardiovascular disease of their mothers. Patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy with a background of HD + CA, obesity were found in the largest number of people (98.4%); It was established that the most pronounced features of the course of chronic cerebral circulatory disorders: the prevalence of the number of female and “single” patients; more frequent abuse of smoking, alcohol and coffee; increased cases of HD, diabetes, obesity, “other” cardiovascular diseases of their fathers, diabetes – the mother’s obesity (98.4%); the prevalence of asthenic complaints in patients, neurological status – signs of cortico-nuclear pathology, cerebellar and vestibular ataxia, bradykinesia; at psychodiagnostic inspection – decrease in parameters of test MMSE, more pronounced disorders of attention, short-term memory, increased personal anxiety; when biochemical examination in the blood – an increase in prothrombin index, glucose concentration, total cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoproteins and an atherogenic index.
