Infections of the upper respiratory tract – are widespread. These include: rhinitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis, tracheitis, sinusitis and many others. These diseases are seasonal in nature, most often they occur in the fall, winter and spring. The mucous membrane of the larynx, trachea, bronchi and all lower divisions remains sterile due to the activity of their epithelium, macrophages, and also the production of secretory immunoglobulin A. Studies of the biological properties of the coccal microflora of the respiratory tract of human have found that staphylococci are the most frequent representatives. Because of their prevalence and ease of transmission, they often cause bacterial diseases of the upper respiratory tract. The fight against staphylococcal disease is complicated due to the widespread spread of staphylococci among the population and the environment in the environment. The study identified, identified and analyzed the pathogenic and opportunistic staphylococci of the upper and lower respiratory tract of people in 50 people of different sex and age from 20 to 80 years. From persons with inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, 80% of the patients have upper respiratory tract infections, and 20% with diseases of the lower respiratory tract. Interspecific differentiation of staphylococci has been performed. The etiologic agent for inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract is S. aureus. The results obtained during the work show a different age inclination of men and women to diseases caused by staphylococci. Men are more likely to suffer from inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract at the age of 20-30 years, and women are more often ill at the age of 40-50 years. The high sensitivity of the isolated strains to a number of antibiotics, namely ceftriaxone, cefotaxime, amikacin and vancomycin, was revealed, and the ability of staphylococci to film formation was investigated. Among all strains isolated from staphylococci, the largest formation was S. aureus, namely 65%. S. epiderrmidis, S. saprophyticus also showed the ability to biofilm formation, but to a lesser extent. The ability to form films by strains of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms underlies the increase in antibiotic resistance. In addition, the composition of the film bacteria become more resistant to environmental conditions. The experimental studies received are of practical interest since the data obtained can be used for further analysis of the pathogenic and opportunistic microflora of the respiratory tract and the development of means for their treatment.
