Goal. The identification of optimal therapeutic and preventive agents for the treatment of hyperesthesia of hard tissues of teeth with non-carious lesions. Methods. Carried out a survey of patients, the study of dental General health status, presence of harmful habits. Treatment of hypersensitivity of hard tissues of teeth was conducted in 101 patients who had suffered from hypersensitivity occurred on the background of non-carious lesions of teeth. In the 1st group (32 people) used desensitizer Telio CS Desensitizer; in the 2nd group (34 persons) – Gluma Desensitizer, and in the 3rd group (35 patients) was used desensitiser Admira protect. The degree of hypersensitivity of hard tissues of teeth was carried out on the basis of subjective sensations of patients (according to the survey) and objective data revealed under the influence of various chemical, mechanical and thermal stimuli to the teeth with revealed they have hypersensitive. To diagnose and determine the degree of hypersensitivity of hard tissues of the tooth used the effect of the air jet and cold water and mechanical action carried out by a dental probe touch the bottom of non-carious cavities on the affected areas of the teeth. The study of electrical conductivity of hard tissues of the tooth (EDI) held a special electrodiagnostic dental device, with a high degree of reproducibility and precision and sensitivity. For the treatment involved studies of patients with hyperesthesia of hard tissues of teeth were applied modern group desensitizers. Results. After completion of all treatment-and-prophylactic actions for the prevention and treatment increased for certain reasons of tooth sensitivity the minimum reduction of electrical conductivity of the teeth at all stages of the clinical observations were detected in the control group of patients, where the therapeutic goal was used desensitizer «Admira Protect». At the final stage of the research a more pronounced and significant decrease of electrical conductivity, and the preservation of the more resistant and stable therapeutic effect was observed in the main group, where in the complex therapy included desensitizer «Telio CS Desensitizer». The maximum value of the used index was set 2 months after the beginning of the therapeutic procedures in the first group – 73,0±0,78%. In the second group, the rise in the index was registered in the value 71,4±1,12%. In the third group, where the therapeutic goal was used in the preparation Admira protect – 66,3±1,30%, a similar pattern in the difference between obtained for all three groups of data were detected at all stages of clinical research. For the treatment of patients in the older age groups suffering from hypersensitivity, often depending on the severity of the pathology physiotherapeutic methods are used, sometimes assigned and General medicine. Conclusion. The treatment of this pathology of hard dental tissues should be targeted and aimed at restoring buffering capacity of saliva, the processes of mineralization and on the normalization of calcium-phosphorus metabolism.
