The research of the clinic of the digestive system organs’ triad diseases with the justification of our method of its treatment in 40 patients with combination of duodenal ulcer, cholecystitis and pancreatitis has been carried out. Duodenal ulcer, cholecystitis, pancreatitis are the most common diseases of the digestive system, which, by their location and functions, can be combined into, so-called, ”triad”. The duodenum, in fact, is the center of regulation of digestive function due to complex innervation and the formation of hormones from biologically active substances. The triad of the digestive system diseases is characterized by a more severe manifestation of the disorders, the duration of the course and the ineffectiveness of both conservative and surgical treatment. These diseases are widespread in Ukraine. By this time, these diseases continue remain a difficult problem both in therapeutic and surgical practice in diagnostics and in treatment. This is especially true of the combined nosological forms of the digestive system organs’ triad diseases, which requires increased attention, multifactorial studies, adequate practical solutions. Goal. To attend to the need for an expanded examination of all patients with a probable presence of the digestive system organs’ triad diseases (duodenal ulcer, cholecystitis, pancreatitis) in the primary diagnosis of a patient with only one pathology, since these organs are interrelated. Create an optimally effective composition of synergistic drugs for complex treatment of patients with signs of a “triad”. The object and methods of research. The study was conducted on 40 patients with the digestive system organs’ triad diseases in the age of 32-64 years old, with a history of the disease up to 9 years, 16 male and 24 female patients. Twelve patients were initially admitted to the surgical clinic with an acute state, but then continue conservative treatment at the gastroenterological center, 28 – were directly examined and treated at the gastroenterological center of the Poltava Regional Clinical Hospital. The patients were divided into 2 groups of 20 people. The first of them was treated according to the standards of medical care due to one main diagnosis of three combined illnesses (duodenal ulcer, cholecystitis, chronic pancreatitis), the second one – the first 2-3 days in accordance with generally accepted standards, followed by treatment with a mixture of medicinal substances offered by ourselves directly (“Trik”). We have been offered the treatment of the patients in two stages. In order to reduce the acuity of diseases, intravenous administration of droperidol, fentanyl, omez, aminocapronic acid is used. After improvement of the patient’s condition, they pass to the “Trick” mixture internal intake. Conclusion. Clinical manifestations of the digestive system organs’ triad diseases are characterized by more severe course, less effective therapy with standard treatment. The effectiveness of the “Trik” mixture using in treating the digestive system organs’ triad diseases is beyond doubt and is evidence-based. More profound studies should be continued due to the complexity of the problem of the digestive system organs’ triad diseases, lack of sufficient research in this direction.
