Objectification of the state of periodontal tissues continues to be an urgent task of modern dentistry. For an early and objective diagnosis of pathological changes in periodontal static teeth dentists need to use modern instruments determining the mobility of the teeth, the depth of periodontal pockets, the value of the loss of epithelial attachment. The study found that patients with generalized gingivitis according periotestometry of the teeth have stability within the upper limit of normal, corresponding to "7" - "9" periotest indicators. Radiographic changes in the form of bone resorption alveolar processes of the upper and lower jaws are not defined. After comprehensive differentiated treatment periotest indices decreased by 1-2 units. Patients with initial stage of development of generalized periodontitis teeth had mobility indicators within "10" - "+ 15" units, the completion of a course of treatment increased by 2.3 units. Patients with first degree of severity of generalized periodontitis were more indicators "Periotest M" within "16" - "+ 22" unit. After the treatment of patients tooth mobility indices declined by 3-4 units. Patients with a second severity of generalized periodontitis is characterized by abnormal mobility of teeth within the "23" - "32", which decreased by 2-3 units in the positive dynamics of treatment. It was found also that in patients who had periodontal disease, women were slightly higher (2-3 units) indicators mobility of teeth than men. Our results determine the depth of periodontal pockets using the device «pa-on Parometer» point to reduce the depth of periodontal pockets within 1 mm or more, and reduction of pathological mobility of teeth on 3-8 units during periodontal treatment and sustainable stabilization process in tissues periodontal and periodontal pockets increase the depth of 0.5 mm or more and pathological mobility of teeth by 3-7 units in case of secondary traumatic occlusion, treatment failure and relapse in patients with generalized periodontitis. The results of the study point to the close relationship between the stabilization process in the aggravation of the periodontal tissues and performance of mobility of the teeth and the depth of periodontal pockets. Objectification of loose teeth, periodontal status with the use of modern methods of diagnosis allows clinicians not only to diagnose pathological changes in periodontal tissues, but also monitor the effectiveness of treatments for periodontal patients.
