Анотація:

У статті наведено огляд сучасної літератури щодо особливостей впливу гірської гіпоксії, а також гіпоксії навантаження на процеси масопереносу респіраторних газів – кисню і вуглекислого газу. Розглянуто основні механізми функціонування складових елементів киснетранспортної системи (систем дихання, крові та кровообігу) в умовах м’язової тренувальної діяльності в горах. Наведені особливості зміни основних чинників, які найбільшою мірою лімітують максимальне споживання кисню і пов’язаний з ним рівень працездатності спортсменів.
