СТАТЕВO-ВІКОВІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ МАНІФЕСТАЦІЇ КОЛОРЕКТАЛЬНОГО РАКУ, АСОЦІЙОВАНОГО З СИНДРОМОМ ЛІНЧА, В БАТЬКІВ ТА НАЩАДКІВ

Серед 182 хворих на колоректальний рак (КРР) у 9 (5,0%) осіб було підтверджено синдром Лінча на основі урахування Амстердамських критеріїв діагностики. У пацієнтів із синдромом Лінча у наступних поколіннях сімей спостерігали зниження віку початку захворювання — явище антиципації. Середня різниця між віком маніфестації КРР, асоційованого з даним синдромом, в батьків та нащадків становила 12,8 ± 2,11 років. Між віком маніфестації раку в батьків та нащадків визначена позитивна кореляція (r = 0,48). Облік антиципації має важливе прогностичне значення і дозволяє проводити цілеспрямовану профілактику.
