ОГЛЯДИ ЛІТЕРАТУРИ

Наукова стаття

Проведено аналіз наукових публікацій і результати дослідження щодо впливу генетичних факторів на розвиток алергічних захворювань у дітей. Відзначено, що, незважаючи на велику кількість досліджень, до теперішнього часу не ідентифікований жоден генетичний маркер, який би точно передбачав ймовірність розвитку алергічного захворювання. Більшість авторів до групи ризику розвитку алергії відносять дітей, у яких хоча б один з батьків або брат / сестра страждають на атопічні захворювання. Тому, більшість дослідників схиляються до того, що дітям з групи високого ризику розвитку алергічних захворювань необхідно з самого раннього віку проводити профілактичні заходи.
