ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ТЕЛЕМЕДИЧНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ У МЕНЕДЖМЕНТІ АРТЕРІАЛЬНОЇ ГІПЕРТЕНЗІЇ

Наукова стаття

У статті наведено огляд сучасної літератури щодо поширеності артеріальної гіпертензії, світові підходи та матеріали власного дослідження алгоритму дій щодо менеджменту артеріального тиску з допомогою телемоніторингу. Встановлено, що телемоніторинг забезпечує персоніфіковану медичну допомогу, може сприяти досягненню оптимального контролю артеріального тиску в домашніх умовах та підвищити прихильність пацієнтів до самоконтролю. Технологія потребує подальшого вивчення стосовно сприйняття її пацієнтами, впливу на загальні медичні витрати та якість життя хворих.
