Медиаторные и метаболические свойства ГАМК в нервной системе

Аннотация:

В представленном обзоре рассматриваются синаптическая и несинаптическая способность ГАМК на разных стадиях развития нейронной структуры. В основе механизма возбуждающего действия ГАМК эпигенетического фактора контроля важных биологических процессов – ускорение клеточной про-лиферации, миграции нейробластов, созревания дендритов и нейронной дифференцировки, лежат изме-нения клеточной проницаемости как для анионов, так и катионов. Механизмы пластичности включают из-менение возможности выделения ГАМК и постсинаптической реакции на нее.
