ОСОБЕННОСТИ ФИЗИЧЕСКОЙ ТЕРАПИИ СТАТИКО-ДИНАМИЧЕСКИХ ДВИГАТЕЛЬНЫХ НАРУШЕНИЙ ПРИ НЕПРОГРЕССИРУЮЩИХ ОРГАНИЧЕСКИХ ПОРАЖЕНИЯХ ЦЕНТРАЛЬНОЙ НЕРВНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ

Аннотация:

Непрогрессирующие органические поражения центральной нервной системы сопровождают-ся нарушением моторных функций (спастичностью, дистонией, мышечными контрактурами, уменьшением мышечной силы, мышечной слабостью и дискоординациями) и приводит к уменьшению возможности вы-полнять произвольные движения. Основными принципами современной реабилитации таких больных явля-ются пациент-центричность мероприятий и мультидисциплинарный подход с вовлечением ряда специали-стов, в том числе физических терапевтов и эрготерапевтов. В реабилитационном процессе специалисты уделяют особое внимание восстановлению больших моторных функций и борьбе со спастичностью. Не смотря на значительные достижения медицинской науки в этом направлении за последние готы, более трети больных не имеют возможности самостоятельно передвигаться, что свидетельствует об от-носительной неэффективности разработанных методов и требует поиска новых патофизиологически обо-снованных направлений реабилитации.
