МЕЛАТОНИН КАК ПОТЕНЦИАЛЬНЫЙ КАРДИОПРОТЕКТОР: ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНО-КЛИНИЧЕСКИЙ АНАЛИЗ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ

Аннотация:

В обзорной статье выделено влияние мелатонина, основного гормона эпифиза, на сердечнососудистую систему. Показаны пути его синтеза и механизмы рецепторного метаболитного и других видов активности. Определена его роль в синтезе гормонов, цитопротекторное, антипролиферативное действие. Раскрыть механизмы кардиопротекторного действия мелатонина при ишемии/реперфузии. Указано, что в основе благоприятного влияния мелатонина лежит его антиоксидантная, антирадикальная, вазодилататорная активность. Кроме этого, спектр влияния мелатонина может быть следствием его взаимодействия с симпатической и парасимпатической системами, активностью протеинкиназ, янус-киназы, системой сиртуинов. Мелатонин влияет на сократимость миокарда, понижает частоту сердечных сокращений, тормозит апоптоз, уменьшает размеры инфаркта миокарда. У мелатонина установлено также антигипертензивное действие, которое реализуется благодаря влиянию на вегетативную нервную систему, активность NO-синтазы, содержание нейрональных аминокислот.
