СОДЕРЖАНИЕ ПОЛИФЕНОЛОВ И ФЛАВОНОИДОВ В ПОБЕГАХ ГОЛУБИКИ ВЫСОКОРОСЛОЙ В ТЕЧЕНИЕ ВЕГЕТАЦИОННОГО ПЕРИОДА

Исследовано содержание полифенолов и флавоноидов в побегах двух сортов голубики высокорослой Vaccinium corymbosum L.: Блукроп и Блуджей, интродуцированных во Львовской области в течение 2018-19 годов, на разных физиологических стадиях развития (цветения (I), плодоношения (II), после окончания плодоношения (III), вхождения в стадию зимнего физиологического покоя (IV) в водных и различной концентрации водно-этанольных экстрактах. Выявлено, что общее содержание полифенольных соединений изменяется в пределах 86,05-184,80 мг·мл-1 сухой массы в пересчете на галловую кислоту в Блукроп. Хорошими экстрагентами для полифенолов оказались 30-% этанол и водные растворы этанола в более высоких концентрациях. Максимальное содержание флавоноидов у сорта Блуджей наблюдалось в фазы I, II и на 8-14% ниже – в фазу IV, а у сорта Блукроп – в первые две фазы развития. Лучшими экстрагентами флавоноидов были разные концентрации водного этанола по сравнению с водой. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют, что побеги голубики высокорослой могут быть потенциальным источником полифенольных соединений, и флавоноидов.
