From the point of view of obtaining higher education, acquiring knowledge and acquiring skills, a teacher-facilitator (NPP) is one who helps the student of medical education to understand the purpose of his education and maintain the positive dynamics of his own development in the formation of soft skills to achieve this goal. education.
