The teacher-facilitator in the educational space should potentiate the development of the student’s skills Soft skills («soft skills», «social skills» or «success skills»). From the point of view of obtaining higher education, acquiring knowledge and acquiring skills, a teacher-facilitator (NPP) is one who helps the student of medical education to understand the purpose of his education and maintain the positive dynamics of his own development in the formation of soft skills to achieve this goal. education. The training of applicants should be focused on selfdevelopment and self-improvement of each future doctor on the basis of their own actions, and the diagnosis of his competence should become self-diagnosis and self-analysis, based on the latest knowledge. Therefore, in order to achieve achievements in obtaining and developing Soft skills, the teacher (NSP) should choose such ways of presenting (presenting) information to the applicant in the course of his cognitive activity, which will be realized through interaction and connect the teacher and the applicant as participants in a single educational process. will allow medical freelance graduates to be successful in their workplace and competitive, socially adapted specialists.
