ГОЛОВНІ ЧИННИКИ КАРДІОВАСКУЛЯРНОГО РИЗИКУ В ХВОРИХ НА ГОСТРИЙ ІНФАРКТ МІОКАРДА З ПІДЙОМОМ СЕГМЕНТУ ST

Анотація:
Метою дослідження було вивчення поширення головних чинників ризику в хворих на гострий інфаркт міокарда з підйомом сегменту ST (ГІМПST). Обстежено 100 хворих, госпіталізованих із приводу ГІМПST. Проведене загальноклінічне обстеження відповідно до чинних настанов та визначення ліпідограми. Артеріальна гіпертензія (АГ) була верифікована в 82% випадків; причому, не відмічено вірогідної гендерної відмінності в її поширенні. Супутній цукровий діабет 2 типу відмічений у 16 хворих на ГІМПST. Активними курцями на момент госпіталізації були 32% обстежених хворих: усі – чоловіки. Основними проявами дисліпідемії в пацієнтів із ГІМПST були гіперхолестеролемія та високий вміст у плазмі крові ХС ЛПНГ.
