ПІСЛЯОПЕРАЦІЙНИЙ ДЕЛІРІЙ У ПЛАНОВИХ ПАЦІЄНТІВ ПОХИЛОГО ВІКУ

Анотація:

За прогнозами ВООЗ до 2050 р. кількість людей похилого віку збільшиться до 38%. Пацієнти похилого віку більш схильні до розвитку ПОД, через наявність мультиморбідності та крихкості, тому важливо оцінювати інцидентність ПОД та зв’язок з можливими факторами ризику. В дослідження були включені 32 пацієнта (18 (56%) жінок та 14 (44%) чоловіків), віком від 60 років до 88 років, ІІ-ІІІ класу за ASA, яким виконувалися планові оперативні втручання. В передопераційному періоді оцінка крихкості склала 4,0 [3,0;4,0] бали. Когнітивний статус в середньому дорівнював 4,0 [3,0;4,5] бали. Медіана ризику розвитку делірію становила 4,0 [3,0;5,0] бали. Когнітивний статус після операції достовірно не змінюється (р=0,126). Післяопераційний делірій розвинувся у одного пацієнта, що складає 3% від загальної кількості.
