ВІДДАЛЕНІ НАСЛІДКИ ЧЕРЕПНО-МОЗКОВОГО ТРАВМАТИЗМУ У ГРАВЦІВ В ХОКЕЙ З ШАЙБОЮ

Анотація:

Контактні види спорту (футбол, хокей, бокс, змішані єдиноборства, регбі та американський футбол) відносяться до видів спорту з великою частотою травматичних пошкоджень ГМ. Але значна частина спортсменів контактних видів спорту отримують СМС під час ігрової кар’єри, що є нижчими за поріг клінічного діагнозу струсу або залишаться поза увагою. Найбільш важким кумулятивним наслідком СМС є хронічна травматична енцефалопатія (ХТЕ). ХТЕ є прогресуючим нейродегенеративним захворюванням, що супроводжується руховими, психологічними та когнітивними розладами. ХТЕ на сьогоднішній день має високий резонанс у світовій науці через випадки суїциду серед спортсменів. Не дивлячись на те, що дана патологія вивчається вже майже 100 років, діагноз ХТЕ можна поставити лише після аутопсії. Саме тому вивчення широкого спектру клінічних проявів ХТЕ займає важливу роль. Ретроспективно нами було проведено тестування 20 колишніх гравців у хокей з шайбою, що мали мінімум 1 СМС. В програмі анкетування вони пройшли тестування когнітивних функцій у вигляді стандартизованих тестів ММSE та «малювання годинника». Результати аналізу показали статистично значиме зниження когнітивних функцій за тестом MMSE при збільшенні СМС більше за 1 протягом спортивної кар’єри. Також ми отримали зниження показника когнітивних функцій за тестом MMSE в залежності від факту госпіталізації спортсмена. Статистично даних про взаємозв’язок між віком та вираженістю порушень когнітивних функцій виявлено не було
