СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ В ПАРАДИГМЕ ОСТРОГО ПОЛУШАРНОГО ИШЕМИЧЕСКОГО ИНСУЛЬТА: ОСОБЕННОСТИ КЛИНИКИ, СКРИНИНГА, ТЕРАПЕВТИЧЕСКИХ И НЕЙРОРЕАБИЛИТАЦИОННЫХ ПЕРСПЕКТИВ

Аннотация:

В работе представлен обзор литературы с целью выявления современной информации и углубление понимания проблемы ишемического инсульта, его полушарных особенностей, современных возможностей скрининга, терапевтических и реабилитационных перспектив. Церебральный инсульт – «глобальная эпидемия», которая занимает ведущее место в структуре причин инвалидизации взрослого населения большинства стран мира, имеет большое медико-социальное и экономическое значение. В клинической картине мозгового ишемического полушарного инсульта преобладает очаговый неврологический дефицит, а также разной степени выраженности когнитивные и тревожно-депрессивные нарушения, синдром постинсультной усталости, др. Значительную роль в развитии когнитивных нарушений играет локализация ишемического очага. Анализ нейрокогнитивных функций длительно остается актуальным предметом изучения ученых и практикующих врачей. Неотложный скрининг острого нарушения мозгового кровообращения – важный фактор для выбора тактики лечения пациента. Инсульт – состояние, требующее оказания экстренной медицинской помощи и срочной госпитализации. Эффективность оказания медицинской помощи при остром мозговом ишемическом инсульте на госпитальном этапе должно обеспечиваться специалистами мультидисциплинарной команды согласно определенным клиническим маршрутом пациента, объемом диагностических и лечебно-реабилитационных мероприятий. Данные исследования актуальны, а полученные результаты можно будет использовать в практической деятельности клинициста с целью углубления понимания проблемы, оптимизации своевременной верификации данной патологии и применения оптимальной лечебно-реабилитационной тактики.
